Volume Pricing Policy

OcuTrap offers automatic volume discounts when you purchase multiple OcuTrap R1 traps in a single order. No coupon code is required — discounts are applied automatically at checkout.


How It Works

  • Volume discounts are applied automatically at checkout based on the quantity of OcuTrap R1 units in your cart.
  • No coupon codes or promo codes are needed.
  • Discounts apply to hardware only. Cellular connectivity plans ($29/month or $199/year per trap) are billed separately.
  • Every trap includes 1 free month of connectivity regardless of quantity purchased.
  • For orders of 10+ traps, contact us for custom enterprise pricing.


Partial Returns & Tier Repricing

If you return one or more traps from a multi-trap order, your refund will be adjusted to reflect the correct pricing tier for the number of traps you are keeping. This ensures fair pricing for all customers.

Example: You purchase 3 traps at the 3-pack price of $350/trap ($1,050 total). You then return 1 trap. The 2 remaining traps are repriced at the 2-pack rate of $425/trap ($850 total). Your refund would be $1,050 − $850 = $200 (not $350).

Full Bundle Returns

If you return all traps from a multi-trap order, you will be refunded the full original purchase price, subject to our standard return policy.


Combining With Other Discounts

  • Volume pricing cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions unless explicitly stated.
  • OcuTrap reserves the right to modify pricing tiers at any time. Orders placed before a pricing change will be honored at the price shown at checkout.
