Volume Pricing Policy

OcuTrap offers automatic volume discounts when you buy multiple OcuTrap traps in a single order. No coupon code is needed; the discount is applied automatically in the cart and at checkout.

How It Works

• The more traps in one order, the lower the price per trap. Current volume prices are shown on the product page and the pricing page, and the exact discount is shown in your cart before you pay.
• Volume discounts apply to trap hardware only. Each trap needs a platform plan, which is billed separately; see the pricing page for current plan options.

Partial Returns

If you return some of the traps from a multi-trap order, the traps you keep are repriced at the volume price that applied to that smaller quantity on the date of your order. Your refund is the amount you paid for the traps minus that repriced total.

Example: you buy several traps at a volume price and return one. We work out what the remaining traps would have cost as their own order on your order date, and refund the difference between that and what you paid. If the traps you keep still qualify for the same volume price, you are refunded the full price paid for the returned trap.

Full Returns

If you return every trap in the order, you are refunded the full amount you paid for the traps, subject to our standard refund policy.

Combining With Other Discounts

Volume pricing cannot be combined with discount codes or other promotions unless we say so explicitly. OcuTrap may change volume prices at any time. Orders are always honored at the price shown at checkout, and partial-return repricing uses the prices in effect on your order date.
