The R2 is sold out, but back-orders are open on the product page and ship in 2 weeks, in order received, with tracking as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. Shipping is $34.99 per trap to the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states and DC) and $50 per trap to Canada (duties and import fees not included). We ship by ground only, so we can’t ship to Alaska, Hawaii or APO/FPO addresses.

Every OcuTrap R2 includes a 1-year hardware warranty covering manufacturing defects and field-failure repair or replacement. You also have 30 days from delivery to return hardware in original condition for a refund. Defective-on-arrival replacements ship free within the contiguous U.S. Contact support@ocutrap.com for warranty claims or return eligibility.
