Shipping

Shipping policy

The R1 is sold out, but back-orders are open on the product page and ship in 6 to 8 weeks, in order received, with tracking as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. Shipping is $34.99 per trap within the U.S. (all 50 states) and $50 per trap to Canada (duties and import fees not included).

Warranty & returns

1-year warranty · 30-day returns

Every OcuTrap R1 includes a 1-year hardware warranty covering manufacturing defects and field-failure repair or replacement. You also have 30 days from delivery to return hardware in original condition for a refund. Defective-on-arrival replacements ship free within the U.S. Contact support@ocutrap.com for warranty claims or return eligibility.
