Does the R1 need WiFi at the site?

No. The R1 connects over LTE-M cellular. If there is phone coverage in the area, the trap is online. No hubs, no site infrastructure.

What does the platform subscription include?

Cloud connectivity, alert delivery, capture verification workflow, team access, image history, and ongoing device management. $29/month per active trap or $225/year per active trap. Prepay the first year with your hardware order and the annual plan drops to $199/year per active trap.

Can my whole team share access to traps?

Yes. Multi-user access with role-based permissions, shared traps across crews, per-user notification preferences, and ownership transfer between accounts.

When does my order ship?
