Graham leads connected hardware and systems engineering, drawing on his background in mechatronics and IoT.
He has helped take OcuTrap from early prototype to deployed product, with responsibility across mechanical systems, electronics, sensing, and hardware reliability. Graham also plays a central role in translating field constraints into product decisions so the platform and the hardware evolve together.

Brian leads product strategy, operations, and customer partnerships with pest control operators and TNR programs.
While serving as an Entrepreneur in Residence and Program Manager at Lehigh University, Brian conducted customer research across wildlife control and humane trapping operations. At OcuTrap, he now leads cross-functional execution across product, customer success, and go-to-market so the platform matches the way teams actually buy, deploy, and operate in the field.
