In addition to overseeing product design Graham bridges the gap between engineering and commercialization by translating complex technical features into clear value propositions for customers and stakeholders.

While serving as an Entrepreneur in Residence and Program Manager at Lehigh University, Brian conducted extensive customer research in wildlife control as part of building OcuTrap, focusing on how technology could reduce field inefficiencies and improve humane outcomes. At OcuTrap, he now leads cross-functional execution across hardware, software, customer success, and strategic partnerships.
